Send push messages to your guests' phones

  • Is there something nice to report, do you want to draw extra attention or share practical matters? (Think: "the wifi is not working, the technician will be ready at the end of the morning.") Send a push message!
  • You have the choice to send the message to the guests at the campsite, only the tourist or seasonal guests, or also all guests from the past.

Simple management system

  • After you have registered via the website, you will be directed to a user-friendly management system.
  • In this management system you can change the entire content of your app with a few clicks. Consider, for example, information about facilities, outings in the area and the activity calendar.

QR code with login function

  • A unique QR code is automatically generated for your app, which you can easily share with your guests.
  • As soon as your guests scan the QR code with the camera function of their mobile phone, the Camping Comfort app will be downloaded. Your guests can now automatically log in to your campsite.

Schedule push messages to be sent automatically*

  • You can schedule push messages in advance via the management system. This is also possible based on the holiday phase your guest is in. For example, think of:
    • send the travel information one day before arrival;
    • send a welcome message on the day of arrival;
    • send the check-out information on the day of departure.

Personally recommended facilities and activities*

  • Showcase the right activities at the right time. The app automatically determines which facilities and activities may be of interest to your guests using a smart algorithm. These are shown as recommended on the front page of the app.

In direct contact with your guests via messaging service

  • Thanks to the convenient messaging service, you don't always have to be at the reception to answer questions from guests. This gives the freedom to work on site, for example, and be accessible at the same time.
  • It also works the other way around: if you have a question or message for a guest, send a message directly and easily. This way you do not have to walk across the site in the hope that the guest is in his place.*

Sandwiches and catering orders

  • Guests can easily order via the app, giving you a handy overview of all orders per day. You can print a total overview of the orders at any time and forward it to your supplier if necessary.
  • Guests can pay directly through the app.*

In-app payments*

  • If desired, guests can pay directly through the app for orders placed.

Automatic multilingualism

  • Write texts in your own language and choose to which languages this should be translated.
  • Lower the threshold for guests from countries whose language you don't speak.
